Day number one our adventure will start when we step on board our transportation to the airport where we will fly to New Orleans, to board the beautiful Carnival Liberty cruise ship for our seven day Western Caribbean cruise. Day two & day three we will have full days at sea this will give you time to explore the ship and enjoy the activities onboard or just relax. Day number four 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Mahogany Bay the island of Roatan where you will find silky-sand beaches and diamond-clear seas. Day five 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Belize home of the hemisphere's largest barrier reef, lush rainforest, and the Cahal Pech, Altun Ha, or Xuananunich ruins. Day six 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Cozumel which has many things to offer from great shopping, white sand beaches, unique places to eat, and pertty much any kind of excursion you could imagine.

After deposit is received we will reach out to you to confirm the information need by cruise lines. Then we will transfer deposits to Carnival. They will at that point assign the booking numbers for your cruise. From this point all additional payments even final payment will be made through Vacation Time Tours for you. We will have a master list of the booking numbers for everyone that has paid deposit on the cruise. What the master list allows us to do as a company for you is anytime before final payment date we can accept payments on the booking and transfer them to cruise lines for you. Anytime you would like to use this feature reach out to us and we will send you an invoice for the amount you would like pay towards your cruise.

Documentation for cruise:

Of course Passports are the easiest method for travel.

At this time as long as you are a United States Citizen over the age of 18 and you cruise from the United States and back to United States. You are required to have Birth Certificate, and Government Issued ID unless your last name does not match Birth Certificate then must produce Legal documentation of name change ie: Marriage Certificate, Adoption Certificate. If traveling with a minor you must have a Birth Certificate, and Adoptions Certificate, if name is different or Legal Guardianship for the minor. We recommend if possible get a Id card for minor but only a suggestion.

What to expect:

We have traveled to all three destinations throughout our years of travel. Mahogany Bay or the island of Roatan is the largest of Honduras’s Bay Islands. This island is built from volcanic rock and circled by the world’s second largest coal reef. Things to do ride the flying magical beach chair to the beach or just a short walk from cruise ship to the beach. They offer great diving and fishing, savory some of the Honduran food. They also have a small resident monkey the capuchin monkey so keep your eyes peeled. Belize this place is an adventure in itself mostly known for location to the hemisphere’s largest barrier reef and also the multiple ancient ruins. The ruins are one of the world’s most unique and unexplained man built structures. They have lush jungles & silky sand beaches. Cozumel this is one of our favorite places to travel. For the size of the island it is packed full of things to enjoy. You can spend the day shopping in San Miguel’s seafront shops, snorkeling, swimming with dolphins, swimming in the turquoise water, numerous excursions and who could forget the food it is wonderful.

Out of pocket for you:

The out pocket items if you so desire. Souvenirs you would like to purchase, any food while traveling off of ship, any excursions either booked on ship or while in port,remember you will have to make sure souvenirs will have to be able to fly back home. While on ship speciality restaurants that require reservations, speciality drinks, alcohol, souvenirs or goods from shops onboard. The cruise line does offer packages for drinks alchol or soda, wi-fi, photos and excursions.
